This white bean concoction is yummy and versitile. Try it as a veggie dip, sandwich or wrap spread, topper for whole grain crackers or bruschetta, or even as part of a layered bean dip. No white beans in your pantry? No problem! It is also delicious with white beans, black beans, even kidney or garbanzo beans!
1 (15 oz.) can white beans
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbs. lemon juice (fresh tastes best)
2 Tbs. chicken stock
1 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin/corriander blend
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate finished product.
